BUILDING BLOCKS
An investigation into the visual possibilities of the grid using squares, or solid blocks of colour, as the motif. The paintings were created with a variety of application methods such as using dice for the random designation of colour patterns and occasionally drew on layering techniques used by Sean Scully.
